U.S. Delivery Questions

Answers before you enquire.

Clear answers to the questions customers most often ask before requesting availability or a quotation.

Is DDP door-to-door delivery available to the United States?

Yes. DDP door-to-door delivery can be quoted for eligible addresses in the contiguous United States. The exact destination and service scope are confirmed in the quotation. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and offshore destinations are not included in the current DDP service.

What are the typical planning lead times for complete motos and parts?

For in-stock products, the normal planning period is 30–45 calendar days for complete motos and 15–20 calendar days for parts. The period begins after cleared payment and final configuration confirmation, whichever occurs later. These are planning estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates; out-of-stock lead time is confirmed separately.

What is included in a Ride Terra Moto DDP quotation?

The quoted DDP service includes normal door-to-door transport, export and import clearance, duties and taxes, and standard delivery to the named address. Under the current consolidated-clearance arrangement, separate U.S. customs-entry documents or customs-duty invoices are not normally issued to the buyer. Ride Terra Moto commercial invoices and available delivery records can still be provided.

Which U.S. destinations can be supported?

The current DDP service covers eligible addresses in the contiguous 48 states. It does not cover Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories or offshore destinations. A complete street address and ZIP code are required before availability and delivery terms can be confirmed.

Who is responsible for local-use compliance?

Complete motos are supplied for off-road use only and are not represented as street legal. They must not be used on public roads. The buyer is responsible for following local rules for permitted riding areas, rider age, safety equipment, storage and use. Ride Terra Moto does not provide road-registration approval.
