U.S. delivery
TALARIA KOMODO MX and TALARIA XXX PRO MX are in stock in China. For in-stock TALARIA KOMODO MX and TALARIA XXX PRO MX retail orders, estimated processing for preparation and handover to the carrier is 5–10 business days. Day 1 is the next business day in China after your order, payment and final configuration have all been confirmed. Processing business days are normally Monday to Friday, excluding Chinese statutory holidays and including officially designated make-up working weekends.
After handover to the carrier, estimated transit is 30–45 calendar days to the delivery address, including export, international transport, U.S. customs clearance and final delivery within the United States. Remote-address delivery timing is confirmed individually before payment and may differ from this estimate. We currently do not add a remote-area shipping surcharge within the eligible contiguous-48-state retail delivery scope.
Processing and transit are separate stages; the transit estimate does not include processing time. Dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Out-of-stock lead times and dealer orders are quoted separately. Yes. Individual and business enquiries are welcome. Availability and destination eligibility are checked for your quotation.
Is this the off-road version?
Off-road use only — not street legal. These MX models are sold for off-road use only. Ride only on private property with the owner’s permission or at tracks and designated off-road areas that permit this type of motorcycle. Do not ride on public roads, highways, sidewalks or bike lanes. Follow local rules and riding-area requirements.
What do I need to do when it arrives?
Arrange unloading, inspection, qualified assembly, pre-delivery inspection and final safety checks. Review the receiving terms in your quotation.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We do not accept voluntary returns or exchanges of complete motorcycles for non-quality reasons, including a change of mind, a product or configuration selected incorrectly by the customer, or a request to change colour. Confirm your model, configuration, colour and destination before payment. Shipping damage, defects and incorrect goods supplied by RideTerra are assessed through after-sales support. This policy does not exclude rights or remedies required by applicable law.
Contact RideTerra promptly if you need to cancel or change an order. Any cancellation or change must be reviewed and confirmed by RideTerra in writing.
What happens if there is damage or a fault?
Inspect the packaging and motorcycle on arrival. Report shipping damage or faults noticed on arrival promptly, with your order information, a description of the issue, photos or video, and packaging labels. Note visible damage on the carrier delivery record where possible, and keep the packaging and damaged parts. Do not use a potentially unsafe product. Report faults discovered later promptly when identified.
Contact RideTerra before sending any goods back. We will review the evidence and may request further information or remote diagnosis to identify an appropriate solution, which may include replacement components. Any return shipment requires prior written approval and shipping instructions from RideTerra. Local labour, on-site service and transport are excluded unless agreed in writing, subject to applicable law. Review product-specific coverage before ordering.
